I contacted FPS to enquire about a flood risk assessment during a house purchase. I didn't go for the survey in the end, however, they were really helpful when I enquired about what they could and couldn't help with and the quote was prompt. Really friendly team.

The report I received was for a flood survey which was very thorough and clearly a lot of work had gone into it. The team were always available and conscious of deadlines. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get a flood survey completed.

Report provided was rejected by Sepa & FRT as not fit for purpose, and they were looking for an extra £8k to make it right. Helpful up to a point and then not interested. Pretty poor service all in, and I wouldn't recommend.

FPS were able to work to our schedule and fit in an appointment at short notice. There was great communication from the office staff keeping us informed of any changes or requirements before the site visit. The site survey was very thorough and Simon very knowledgeable, and quite happy to answer all questions. The provided report was extensive wit usable information and recommendations. FPS have friendly and responsive staff (a shout out to Karen Terry who has been incredibly helpful). FPS provided me with a comprehensive and detailed Flood Risk Assessment report and are now preparing a new one based on additional local authority concerns.
